So what does it mean to feast like royalty? Well, the answer may surprise you. We had the extreme pleasure to meet with Damian Clarkson who is the owner of The London Kitchen catering company. Damian had the amazing fortune to work as a butler for Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace where he has served the queen and the royal family as well as other private events at St. James Palace. He also served as the General Manager at Mosimann’s who catered special dinners and events privately for Prince Charles, including Prince Charles’ 50th Birthday Party. Damian gives us an inside look at why certain foods are selected for a royal dinner and also what he predicts Prince Charles might have selected for William and Catherine at the dinner he is hosting the evening of the wedding.
