One of our favorite stops in New York is Carrie with John Paul Ataker. Vogue Brides, if you want editorial, look no further! All of these gowns and dresses can be made in white and with different fabrics. There are a few of the gowns that can also be worn as evening gowns for social galas! The bold stripes and gold and metallic finished fabrics are fresh, contemporary and today! From the courthouse wedding to the traditional church they are works of art.
John Paul Ataker was founded as a custom tailor shop in Istanbul, in 1977. In 2012 the creative director Numan Ataker continued to push the great tradition forward by launching a collection of glamorous eveningwear. Some of these designs have been seen on Hollywood starlettes such as Vanessa Marano, Carrie Underwood, Taraji Henson & Gina Rodriquez. We always love to see the great fabric choices and amazing sense of detail seen in their work.
