A: Blanc De Bleu was introduced in 2009 in Japan and then 2012 in the States.

A: We wanted to create something very special, fun & unique that has not been created before, and that’s exactly what Blanc De Bleu is!
Q: Where is the wine made?
A: It’s made right at our Winery in Ceres, California.
Q: How is Blanc De Bleu made?
A: It’s Naturally fermented using the Charmat process, this is how sparkling wine is made. The second fermentation happens in a large pressure tank rather than in a bottle as it does in the traditional process. The wine itself It is 100% chardonnay.
