Well it looks like The Wedding Guys aren’t the only ones to plan a live television wedding this year. Maria Menounos tied the knot with her partner of 20 years, Keven Undergaro, on live TV just before midnight during Fox’s New Year’s Eve broadcast in Times Square.
Menounos, who was hosting the New Year’s broadcast with Steve Harvey said that the idea to tie the knot during the special came about during a conversation with a producer, who mentioned that they hoped to incorporate a live wedding into the broadcast. According to Menounos Fox’s producer said, “‘Unless you and Keven want to get married.’ And I was like, ‘Ha, ha, no,’. “I was nervous but I got in the car and kept thinking about it and I was like, Wait, this really is kind of perfect.”
What makes the story even funnier is that her fiancé Keven had been planning a surprise wedding on Howard Stern‘s live radio show for about a year!
Maria rang in the new year looking absolutely stunning in the Randala gown from the Atelier Pronovias 2018 collection a lacy, mermaid-style dress, complete with a sweetheart-neckline bodice and a sheer mesh insert. With freezing cold temperatures, Menounos wore a coordinating coat with chantilly sleeves.
