Located in beautiful, historic downtown Excelsior, Epitome Papers is a distinctive stationery and gift store offering a unique experience to consumers who consider fine paper and gifts an important element of personal style.
Epitome Papers has been helping their customers create their own signature style for over 40 years. Founded by Irene Cooperman, Epitome was established in 1973 and was an original store in the Galleria Shopping Center in Edina, MN. New owners, Alexandra (Alex) Masui and Dana Townsend, college friends and business partners, purchased Epitome Papers from Cooperman and reopened the store in Excelsior in April 2016.
There are few stores if any, that carry the extensive library of samples, catalogs, and brochures that Epitome Papers does. A talented staff, that is knowledgeable in all aspects of traditional and contemporary social and business etiquette, will help you design something that perfectly reflects your personality and sets the tone for your event.
Epitome Papers represents a wide range of vendors at every price point and is happy to work within any budget.
For the last 42 years, Epitome Papers has been the “epitome” of good taste and great style in the paper and gift space. It is important for Alex and Dana to continue this legacy for their existing customers and bring this special experience to their neighbors in Excelsior, all of the South Lake Communities, the Twin Cities and beyond.
