A traveling tap is such a fun way to serve delicious beverages at your wedding! Teardrop Tap is Minnesota’s latest mobile bar and could their trailer get any cuter? Meet the owner and founder, Madison Page, to find out how she began this journey and what tap you HAVE to have available at your wedding.
Q: Let’s get to it, what’s your business’ specialty?
A: Teardrop Tap specializes in making each event as unique as our clients while bringing high energy and tons of fun!
Q: Where can we find you?
A: As a traveling tap, you can find us traveling around the Minneapolis area.
Q: Tell us when and how Teardrop Tap began.
A: Our business just launched in July of 2020 and we couldn’t be more excited. It started from our love of hosting our own events and wanting to bring that same joy to all special occasions.
Q: What makes your company unique from others?
A: Our tap is hand-built by my husband, Louie. A lot of love went into building it, and we want to share that love with all our clients. We will go above and beyond to make your day amazing! Teardrop Tap is unique from others in that you can have up to 4 different beverage choices on tap at one time, what’s not to love?!
Q: How long have you been in the industry? What do you think has changed the most since then?
A: About a year, but has been a huge change with COVID. We love being a part of couple’s creative solutions to making their special days unique.
Q: Walk us through your average workday.
A: By day I work as a Marketing Manager, and nights and weekends I focus my energy on Teardrop. I would love to turn every day into hosting amazing events for our clients, that’s a future goal.
Q: What would you want couples searching for a wedding bar service to know?
A: Outside of the dance floor the bar is usually the most popular place. We are here to make that experience memorable and unique. Also word of advice — light beer is always a good choice to have on tap.
Q: How far in advance should a couple book with you?
A: 6-8 months, but we can move quickly as well and have had bookings with as little as a week’s notice.
Q: What’s trending in wedding beverages right now?
A: We love seeing couples’ names specialty cocktails after themselves or loved ones such as pets. So cute!

A: Snowboarding, sand volleyball, boating, board games, playing with my dogs
