All of our executive chefs are certified graduates of prestigious culinary arts schools including the Culinary Institute of America, the world’s premier culinary institution. Our unmatched team brings more than 60 years of collective culinary experience in four star signature hotels, resorts, private clubs and signature restaurants across the country.
We cultivate using local and seasonal foods for the freshest, superior tasting and most in season creations available. We are proud to be one of Minnesota’s first organizations to partner with Greener Fields Together, a national collaboration of environmentally responsible farmers, distributors, retail locations and food service operators. Through this partnership we can make steady and measurable improvements in sustainability and food safety practices and we are proud to take a leading role to bring this to our customers.
