Let me start by saying that I am BEYOND excited to be expanding our network into the wedding world! Weddings are a time of overwhelming excitement, happiness, and anticipation. Anyway, my name is Matt Lunde and I am the Broker/Owner of the boutique real estate brokerage Dwell Realty Partners, LLC. My attitude towards clients is rather simple. Whether buying or selling, I always advise what I truly believe to be the best option. On the surface, this concept seems easy enough; however, my method tends to be a little different when compared to others. Not only do I take into consideration the present situation, but I also focus on what will be the best for you, as a client, in the future. To me, long-lasting, meaningful relationships have been the foundation of my business since 2005 and I certainly do not plan on ever changing from that perspective.
