Last week we sat down and put our expertise to good use and did our best to predict some of the feature of the royal wedding. Then, we woke up bright and early on Saturday morning to see if we had any success! This week we wanted to remind you of our predictions and then share the reality. We loved this Royal Wedding and give it a 10/10 in style, romance and class!
Who will walk Meghan Markle down the aisle?
If Meghan’s father doesn’t walk down the aisle her mother will walk Meghan down the aisle.
RESULT: Meghan’s father was not in attendance so Markle was escorted down the aisle by her future father-in-law, Prince Charles. It is reported that Meghan asked Charles to fill in less than 48 hours before the ceremony took place.

What will Prince Harry wear?
PREDICTION: Blues and Royals in Dismount Review – Army and he will not have a beard.
RESULT: Harry did in fact wear his military single-breasted uniform, but he shocked us and kept his beard, although he did trim it up a bit for the occasion!
What carriage will they choose to ride in along the route through Windsor Town?
PREDICTION: Ascot Landau – used by Her Majesty The Queen when at Royal Ascot each year near Windsor Castle.
RESULT: We were correct! After the couple said, “I do” at St. George’s Chapel they rode through the streets of Windsor in an open-top Ascot Landau Carriage.

What flowers will Meghan Markle carry?
PREDICTION: She will have a mixture of flowers with Lily of the Valley in the mix which are The Queens favorite flowers and possibly the blush English Diana Rose. There is one flower that will be in the bouquet and that is Myrtle, it’s a flower used in every royal wedding bouquet since Queen Victoria. This Myrtle flower will come from the same garden as Queen Victoria.
RESULT: Meghan did carry the traditional mix of blooms we predicted above. The all white bouquet is reported to have included flowers that Harry picked the morning of the wedding. The bouquet also included Princess Diana’s favorite flower, Forget-Me-Nots.

We had RJ Kramer Designs create a replica of her bouquet and it smelt just as lovely as it looked!
What will Meghan wear on her wedding day?
PREDICTION: The designers will be Ralph & Russo from England they are the first British designers invited to show at Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris.
Should she choose a formal regal look, the gown will have sleeves and a higher neckline in a sheath silhouette in a silk satin fabric with a heavily embroidered and beaded gown and train.
Our prediction for Meghan will be a modified mermaid gown with a lace and 3D floral bodice, a long overskirt train with a demure belt removable for the reception. There will be illusion sleeves with floral appliques and the neckline may be a slightly plunging neckline covered with floral applique’s and illusion fabric, crystal and pearl beading.
RESULT: We were incorrect on this one, Meghan actually went with a much more simplistic look that we LOVED! The gown was designed by the acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller out of the French fashion house, Givenchy. The veil was designed to represent all 53 Commonwealth countries.
What an absolutely sweet and fabulous time we had on our train ride through the English countryside to Liverpool, England...
For any wedding a designer knows it’s all about the arrival. We were enthralled by the crowds, flags, uniforms and of course...
