Q: Let’s get to it, what’s your business’ specialty?
A: The Saint Paul Hotel is a historic property that specializes in “Creating a Memory” for our wedding couples and guests featuring excellent food and service.
Q: Where can we find you?
A: 350 Market Street, Saint Paul, MN 55012
Q: What is the history behind your venue?
A: Built in 1910, the luxury hotel in Central Minnesota.
Q: What makes The Saint Paul Hotel unique from other properties?
A: It is one of a kind. The location is beautiful across from Rice Park in downtown Saint Paul. The history and reputation are the comments I hear most often as to why guests consider us for an event.
Q: How long have you been in the industry? What do you think has changed the most since then?
A: I have been in the industry for 28 years and at The Saint Paul Hotel for 23+. Technology has changed the most.
Q: Walk us through your average workday.
A: My average workday begins with greeting staff and clients. I then respond to all voicemails and emails. Much of my day is servicing my clients with a personal touch whether it is a site tour, detailing the event or facilitating the event.
Q: What would you want couples searching for their wedding venue and accommodations to know?
A: So many reasons to host a wedding at The Saint Paul Hotel. I love that The Saint Paul Hotel is “One of a kind” with much history, tradition, fabulous food, and excellent service. The fabulous staff will create a memory knowing all the details will be taken care of.
Q: How far in advance should a couple book with you?
A: I generally book events up to 18 months out.
Q: What is the biggest crowd-pleaser at your venue?
A: The staff and the food!
Q: What are your other hobbies and passions besides creating beautiful wedding days?
A: I love my home and enjoy entertaining, decorating and cooking. Spending time with my two adult daughters is my favorite. I also have a Yorkie named “Hershey” who is a bright spot in my day. I enjoy going to the cabin, boating, and walking.

A: I have an assortment of Country Music favorites. My longtime favorite is Lionel Richie.

A: Grey Goose on the Rocks with a Lime
Q: When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A mom.

A: Sweet.

A: Chocolate, crackers and cheese.
