Today’s engaged couples constantly seek ways to make their weddings memorable and include never-before-seen elements that guests will love. It’s more important than ever for guests to feel that they’ve had a tailored experience to remember. That’s why you have to consider having a coffee cart at your wedding! You can rent a portable cart from local baristas for your reception, the morning of the wedding, or the bridal shower.
We chatted with local coffee cart experts at Coffee Cart MPLS and Shebrews about their buzzing offerings and how they’re sure to wow your guests!
Rachelle Meissner is the owner of Coffee Cart MPLS, “We are a mobile coffee & espresso bar serving the Twin Cities community bringing the experience of a specialty coffee shop right to you,” she describes. “We love both the small, intimate gatherings and the large, bustling get-togethers. And we’re proud that each drink showcases award-winning locally roasted coffee and is handcrafted by our incredible team of fun and talented baristas.”

Coffee Cart MPLS specializes in fully-customizable drinks including a full espresso bar (including lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, americanos, chai, and hot cocoa) as well as cold brew coffee, iced tea, pour-over coffee, and brewed coffee. “Our clients have the option to personalize the cups and even the cart design,” Rachelle says. She goes on to say that you can have their coffee cart at your wedding at any point in the day. “Whether at the start while you get ready, or to greet your guests when they arrive, for cocktail hour, or during dessert and dancing!”
Shebrews is another coffee shop on wheels that began when the owner Ulyana Liutarevich couldn’t get enough of the foamy goodness of a latte. “It all started with quite a bit of interest in latte art which then led to being intrigued with the whole process of making a splendid cup of coffee, and having consistency. Out of my love for serving and love for coffee I started this small business to serve people on their special day,” Ulyanna explains.
Rachelle says that having a coffee cart for your wedding day is the perfect addition. “If you’re looking for a wow for your friends and family, we roll in with more than delicious drinks. We bring a memorable experience for your guests that will leave them happy, caffeinated, and ready to party!” she states. Ulyana agrees saying that the experience and uniqueness elevate the wedding day and that guests may appreciate it more than you know. “It’s rare nowadays to find someone that doesn’t like a well-crafted latte or americano. This option is especially nice for those that have guests that do not drink alcohol, or if alcohol won’t be served entirely. Everyone loves a unique experience and another reason to enjoy the special day!”
Both companies proudly serve locally-roasted coffee and espresso and have several customization options. You can check out Shebrews on Instagram here and Coffee Cart MPLS here!
