The most unique experience at the Twin Cities Bridal Show is the Inspiration Station, which are tablescapes and environments — like these featured winter inspiration stations — created to inspire couples for their wedding day décor. Each season, we work with the most talented vendors in the area to design themes and they execute them in the most amazing ways, set up like window displays for a department store. We often say the whole experience is like a Pinterest board, only live.
Here are some seasonal stations we’ve done in the past to kick off your inspiration!
ICE HOT
This Inspiration Station is a classic winter theme with all white everything. The stationery by A Milestone Paper Co. sets the tone for the guest experience with a simple, crisp white and silver square menu. We added a lounge space with items from a local rental company inspired by cozy nooks that you just want to relax in. An icy cake from Sweet Kneads (formerly known as Farmington Bakery) and a gown from Angelique’s Bridal pull together this frosty mini-reception.
COOL NIGHTS
The next theme includes another classic winter color scheme of blue, silver, and white. Brides loved to see what a “Winter Wonderland” reception could look like with decor items from Ultimate Events, an intricate multi-tier confection by Fifth Ave Cakes, and complementing gowns from The Wedding Shoppe.
VINTAGE ROMANCE
Next, we show you one of our favorite winter inspiration stations. Vintage decor and seating by Rudy’s Event Rentals paired with seasonal floral from Sweet Pea’s Floral blend effortlessly together. Ginger P Designs provided themed stationery while Luxe Bridal and Jos. A Bank styled the bride and groom’s fashion, and Muddy Paws brought a delicious artisan cheesecake.
WINTER GLAM
Similar to the “Ice Hot” theme, “Winter Glam” consists of mostly white linens and chairs but with added pops of reds and silver. Tip Top Tux and Angelique’s Bridal curated the gorgeous style while a local rental company staged a modern lounge and white-out tabletop with silver metallic chairs. Sweet Kneads designed a glamorous 4-tier wedding cake with silver sequins, polka dots, and lush red roses.
Check out NEW Inspiration Station themes only at #TCBridalShow on Sunday, January 31st at Saint Paul RiverCentre from 12-5 pm. There will be timed entry tickets time slots and more new navigation for this show due to COVID-19 regulations. For more info, click here.
