A: Providing luxury hotel accommodations
Q: Where can we find you?
A: Downtown Rochester, MN
Q: Tell us when and how your business began.
A: The hotel opened in April of 2019.
Q: What makes your company unique from others?
A: The Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area is the only full-service luxury hotel in downtown Rochester.
Q: How long have you been in the industry? What do you think has changed the most since then?
A: I have been in the industry for 4 years. I think that one of the biggest things that has changed is the way in which social media influences wedding couples. Social media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook now play such a huge role in giving couples exposure to new ideas and inspiration allowing them to really customize their vision for their special day.
Q: Walk us through your average workday.
A: Every day my workday encompasses different roles and tasks, no two days are the same which always keeps it interesting! From onsite or virtual tours to phone calls, to emails, I am in constant contact with my wedding couples. My team and I pride ourselves on always making it a top priority to respond in a timely manner to our clients.
Q: What would you want couples searching for guest accommodations to know?
A: Our hotel’s luxurious accommodations paired with 5-star customer service are what makes staying at the Hilton Rochester a truly unique experience.
Q: How far in advance should a couple book with you?
A: We recommend that couples give themselves about a year to set up their room block. Once they have booked their venue, it is a good time to start looking at guest accommodations. While we recommend getting an early start on this process, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings as well.
Q: What is the biggest crowd-pleaser at Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area?
A: The hotel amenities including two onsite restaurants, an indoor infinity pool and whirlpool, a sauna and steam room, a Precor fitness center, an onsite spa, and of course being skyway connected to downtown Rochester!

A: The Hilton Rochester was built specifically to fill the desire for 5-star luxury hotel accommodations in downtown Rochester.
